We prioritise official temple and government sources for timings, aarti schedules and travel details. High-impact details are compared with other reliable sources where practical, and unresolved information is qualified.
Reader-First, Always.
No interstitial pop-ups, no email gates, no paywalls. OmDarshan does not currently run advertising or affiliate links. Any future commercial relationship will be clearly disclosed before it appears.

Where Our Information Comes From
We prioritise traceable public sources and flag important details that still need current confirmation.
Where data cannot be independently confirmed, we flag it with a “Verify before visit” notice. Pilgrims make real travel decisions from this information, so accuracy matters.
What We Don't Do
We don't sell pilgrimage packages or take commissions from temple trusts or tour operators. We do not currently display ads or use affiliate links. If that changes, commercial relationships will be clearly disclosed and kept separate from the guide content. We don't collect your email or personal data unless you choose to contact us. We exist to give pilgrims accurate, free information.

For critical details, especially Kedarnath opening dates, Somnath darshan timings, and Panch Kedar seasonal closures; always confirm directly with the temple before travel.
